As we basked under the sun's warm soft glow
and inhaled the refreshing air of the lake's cool mists
we pondered about LIFE
about Friendships, some of which idealized and romanticized;
about unfortunate mishaps which turned out to be blessings in disguise;
about dreams woven and interspersed with subconscious hidden desires;
about decisions we make along the way that would fulfill our God-ordained destinies
about our silly spontaneous day to day moments;
and took time to marvel at nature's intimate beauty ~~~~~~~~~~
